Orange Element is seeking a driven, well-rounded, creative designer to join our team. This person will work and collaborate with our energetic team to bring brands and creative campaigns to life across a wide range of industries from non-profit to health care to consumer product. This person should be well-versed in both the digital and print space, able to adapt to clients’ needs and deliver cross-channel solutions that keep pace with our changing industry. This is a full-time role based in the Greater Baltimore location. Candidates can work remotely but will need to be comfortable meeting for collaborative purposes and team activities 2 – 4x per month with occasional client meetings when necessary. This position is also open for contract-to-permanent discussions. We are excited to add another passionate, creative person to the team to help deliver high-level work for our clients.
