Accounts Manager

Orange Element is seeking an Accounts Manager with the primary responsibility of maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients. The Accounts manager will use strong project management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in the day-to-day execution of our client's branding and marketing strategies in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive, productive relationships with clients
  • Manage and lead multiple projects across wide range of industries.
  • Provide internal teams with appropriate insight into client’s strategic business initiatives
  • Research client business to find opportunities for cross and up-sell opportunities to grow revenue
  • Develop detailed proposals, estimates, statements of work, and Digital Marketing work plans
  • Create project plans and revise to meet changing requirements and deadlines
  • Oversee all aspects of projects: scope, risk, schedule, quality, and communication
  • Lead status meetings; capture, store, and distribute meeting notes

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 years of client services/account management in an agency or a combination of agency/client side.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, especially sensitive issues, and effectively problem solve; ability to analyze problems and produce a viable solution.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of project management process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, closing)
  • Knowledge of CRMs and project management tools. Experience with Wrike a plus.

Senior-Level

Design Director

Orange Element is seeking a Design Director to lead a creative team with high standards to produce effective graphic design and branding work. Conceptualize and design visual identity systems and marketing materials for a range of clients and applications. We are looking for those who are passionate about quality design and have a drive for innovation—with the portfolio to back it up.

Responsibilities

  • Design visual identity systems and branded collateral that meet business goals and exceed expectations.
  • Oversee many projects, at once, maintaining high level of accuracy, quality, and impact across all.
  • Translate marketing objectives into strategically sound ideas and manage the creative process from concept to completion.
  • Oversee creative team, with broad responsibility for the design and development of the visual, tone, and aesthetic character of marketing campaigns.
  • Offer guidance to the creative team. Leverage a strong, strategic point of view to provide clear direction and promote conceptual thinking.
  • Lead the work into fresh creative territories by making ideas compelling, relevant, and desirable to our audiences.

Senior-Level

Senior UX Designer

Orange Element is looking for a Senior UX designer to create compelling interfaces from brainstorming and research, to designed user flows, through to a completed interface. The ideal candidate will work with strategists, design directors, copywriters, and developers to create interactive experiences for a wide variety of brands and should be someone who is ready to the lead and tackle challenging designs from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Work with strategy and conduct UX research
  • Structure and present your research findings to stakeholders
  • Coordinate and brainstorm with strategy, creatives, and key stakeholders to structure ideas into congruent and intuitive solutions
  • Produce user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to develop designs
  • Consider accessibility and ADA guidelines in your design decisions
  • Write technical specifications and requirements for both front-end and back-end developers

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience working as a UX
  • BA/BS in interactive design or related field.
  • Experience performing and analyzing UX research
  • A strong understanding of the User Centered Design Process
  • Proficiency with Sketch, the Adobe Suite, and prototyping tools such as Invision
  • A strong foundation in graphic design including typography, color, layout, and animation (a plus).
  • Knowledge of modern front-end development process and standards and how designs are implemented in HTML, CSS, and JS

Senior-Level

Senior Designer

Orange Element is seeking an organized, well-rounded, creative designer to join our team. This person will work and collaborate with our team to bring brands and creative campaigns to life across industries including non-profit, health care, financial and education. This person should be well-versed in both the digital and print space, able to adapt to clients’ needs and deliver solutions that keep pace with our changing industry. We are excited to add another passionate, creative person to the team to help deliver high-level work for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present highly creative design solutions that adhere to marketing strategies, business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the design of brands, campaigns and content executions across a range of media including display, organic/paid social, publications, web graphics, etc.
  • Continue to deepen knowledge and understanding of best practices, industry trends and new skills in design.
  • Carry projects through from concept to production.
  • Review work of junior designers and collaboration
  • Feel confident and comfortable presenting work to clients

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of design firm or agency experience developing brand design systems and creative to support brand, campaign and content strategy.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/Communications (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in graphic design principles, best practices and trends (typography, grids, layout, color), and must be an expert with Adobe Suite. UX Design is a plus.
  • Self-starter, dedicated to crafting and improving visual communications.
  • Like wearing multiple hats and working with a team.
  • Ability to think strategically, understand goals and develop creative solutions.
  • HTML, CSS, email set up knowledge a plus
  • High confidence or some experience working within and designing for digital platforms like WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, etc. is a plus.

Animator

Orange Element is looking for a full-time Animator / Motion Designer with a passion for dynamic storytelling through motion to digital and social projects.

Responsibilities

  • Crafting engaging animations for use across digital and social platforms
  • Leading end-to-end animation-driven projects for clients across industries including education, healthcare, non-profit, financial and more
  • Supporting video projects with animated graphic packages, on-screen visual effects, and post-production editing
  • Crafting animations alongside our developers to be integrated with websites

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in the field with a proven portfolio of previous projects
  • Expert knowledge in animation and motion graphics, with secondary knowledge of filmcraft, design, and post-production
  • Expert understanding of animation software (After Effects, Premiere) and sound understanding of Adobe design products (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Additional consideration a plus to candidates with proficiency in Cinema 4D, Unity, Maya, Lottie, and other animation engines, frameworks, and software
  • Sound understanding of typography, composition, and a general eye for design
  • Ability to collaborate on motion design projects and field feedback with smart solutions
  • Experience working on set and with a video production crew a benefit
  • Ability and confidence to present work
