Project Managers

Effective project management is central to how we deliver exceptional work for our clients. We seek contract project managers who are organized, communicative, and comfortable navigating the nuances of creative production timelines.

• Timeline development, resource scheduling, and budget tracking
• Familiarity with agency or studio environments
• Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Basecamp)

Pay & Compensation Structure

We believe that fair, transparent compensation is the foundation of a strong working relationship. Our contract engagements are structured to reflect the value and expertise each contributor brings.

Pay Structure:  Hourly or project-based depending on engagement

Payment Schedule:  Net 30 upon invoice submission

Engagement Type:  Project-based, retainer, or ongoing as needed

All rates are confirmed prior to project kickoff. We do not require exclusivity for contract engagements unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Project matching: When a suitable engagement arises, we will share a project brief, timeline, and proposed rate for your review. There is no commitment until both parties agree in writing.

Onboarding: Accepted contract professionals receive a standard contractor agreement, access to relevant project materials, and a project contact at Orange Element.
