Mid-Level

Client Services Associate

Client Services Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships and processes to ensure flawless customer service for Orange Element’s clients. This person will be expected to build upon and enhance existing client relationships for client retention and growing client relationships. develop long-term relationships with repeat customers, manage accounts, communicate with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Associate must have exceptional communication skills and is responsible for quickly addressing any concerns or issues that arise. The Associate will work closely with the team at OE to achieve objectives on time and on budget and liaise closely with OE clients to manage expectations and project deliverables.


Necessary Skills and Qualifications

Client Services Associate must:

  • serve as a centralized coordinator for all clients
  • serve as an ambassador for Orange Element
  • proactively develop strong relationships with clients to maximize retention
  • reply timely and thoroughly to client requests and inquiries
  • be positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated
  • have strong relationship-management skills
  • work collaboratively with the Orange Element team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Experience in account or project management role within an agency is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office; Project management software is a plus

WordPress Developer

Orange Element is in need of a WordPress developer. The ideal candidate must be comfortable collaborating with a small team of fellow creatives to support client site builds for a wide range of businesses. You should be motivated to produce innovative, smart websites and digital WordPress products for every project.

Responsibilities

Developer will be responsible for collaborating with designers, writers, and strategists to produce organized and functional WordPress sites. Developer must be comfortable presenting to clients, solving problems and adjusting to moving schedules and project scopes. Candidate must be motivated to improve skills, learn new technology, and keep up with WordPress releases while bringing innovative ideas to each project.


Necessary Skills and Qualifications

Developer must be:

  • willing and able to adjust to changing schedules and needs
  • comfortable speaking with clients
  • organized and focused on deadlines
  • able to quickly adapt and change
  • positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated
  • motivated to find solutions and stay on top of trends

Requirements:

  • WordPress experience
  • Skilled at PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience with custom layouts (not just templates) and use of custom fields
  • Understand UX, UI and responsive design
  • Examples of sites that demonstrate well-organized, standard-compliant code
