Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in optimizing advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and providing strategic recommendations to clients. This is a full-time position that Orange Element is looking to fill for support with a primary partner and client.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform advertising strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, search, display) to ensure they meet client objectives.
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and communicate results to internal teams and clients.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and analyze benchmark data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams, and media planners, to develop integrated marketing strategies.
  • Analyze forecasts, plans, and references for channel specific KPIs aligned with business goals to provide support interpreting data and formulating recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and advertising.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analysis, preferably in an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (pivot tables, reports, and graphs) and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

Email Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of impactful email campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and sales for our clients. If you are passionate about email marketing and have a knack for creating compelling content that resonates with various B2C and B2B audiences, we encourage you to apply. This is a contract-to-hire position with a minimum 6-month contractural commitment. Candidate may work remotely but will be requested to attend meetings in the Baltimore area at least semi-monthly for the first six months. Travel reimbursements negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement direct email marketing strategies to achieve specific company objectives, such as customer retention, revenue growth, and engagement.
  • Craft and maintain an email marketing calendar to plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize segmentation and personalization strategies to tailor content for distinct audience segments within the email list.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to establish the most effective methods and strategies with experience in email to landing page conversion optimization, subject line and copy testing, and CTA testing
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of email marketing efforts using KPIs like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Keep abreast of email marketing trends, ensuring industry best practices are applied to our campaigns for optimal results.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that email strategies complement and amplify all marketing initiatives.
  • Craft persuasive and captivating email content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Graphic Designer

Orange Element is seeking a driven, well-rounded, creative designer to join our team. This person will work and collaborate with our energetic team to bring brands and creative campaigns to life across a wide range of industries from non-profit to health care to consumer product. This person should be well-versed in both the digital and print space, able to adapt to clients’ needs and deliver cross-channel solutions that keep pace with our changing industry. This is a full-time role based in the Greater Baltimore location. Candidates can work remotely but will need to be comfortable meeting for collaborative purposes and team activities 2 - 4x per month with occasional client meetings when necessary. This position is also open for contract-to-permanent discussions. We are excited to add another passionate, creative person to the team to help deliver high-level work for our clients.

Responsibilities

Designer must:

  • Create high-quality, original design work for a diverse set of clients.
  • Work closely with Directors to execute design concepts in digital and print space.
  • Collaborate with and support internal design team.
  • Develop campaign materials and assets across multiple channels.
  • Carry projects through from concept to production.
  • Develop materials for client presentations.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices
  • High confidence level working within and designing for digital platforms such as WordPress, Mailchimp, etc
  • Experience preparing files for production (optimized for digital/press-output for print)
