Matt Mendelsohn is a well-respected, well-traveled photographer with as diverse as a portfolio as you can get. He needed not only to define a logo, but a portfolio kit that could easily be tailored to specific industries and assembled quickly. In addition, there was a recurring need to develop a system for sending images quickly with a touch of style.

For Matt’s logo, we found his signature to be beautiful and, no pun intended, signature to his photography. The brand was built on this foundation and we enhanced it with a color palette and framework, while keeping it simple and clean and all about the mark making. The portfolio piece is a simple one-color print job with a debossed square around the logo and flap with slit for closure. The shell holds a glassine wrapped set of individually printed cards and is sealed with a sticker version of the logo.
