Experience: Candidates should have 3+ years experience working as a web developer. Responsibilities will include developing CMS web sites, e-blast campaigns, banner ads and flash animations. Experience building custom CMS platforms or using php-based CMS products is a requirement (e.g., ExpressionEngine, Drupal, etc.). Development will include working with the design team to complete front- and back-end solutions. Candidates must hold good communications skills, often acting as a direct liaison between our team and our clients. Ability to manage projects, deadlines and budgets will also be critical.

Technical Requirements: Programming: XHTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, WordPress, JavaScript, jQuery Additional Software Skills (a plus): Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver or Fireworks, InDesign, Office Operating Systems: MAC/PC
